Translated Notes

In the traditional way that has given so many hits, the greate French musician PAUL MAURIAT bring us a series of new tracks of recent success. Starting with MAMY BLUE, the song that Roger Whittaker made famous in Europe, the melodies grouped in this album are from several origins; from England came the best sales and popularity of CHIRPY CHIRPY CHEEP CHEEP. The North American folk singer JOAN BAEZ contributes with BRINDO POR TI with music by Ennio Morricone; FRANCIS LAI is also represented here with one of his songs: SMIC SMAC SMOC, and even the conductor includes a selection in the most classic Mauriat tradition: MI VIEJO PARIS.
